Parenting tips for helping you and your children deal with the effects of Covid-19.
Hi, I’m LaShannon Epps, LPC
I believe that everyone is capable of change. My passion is helping those who battle with emotional difficulties and life’s daily struggles. My approach to therapy is to work together with my clients to develop individual treatment plans that improve healing, self-efficacy, motivation and success. I truly enjoy empowering others to discover their inner potential and strengths. I stand with my clients in the midst of their pain as they gain insight and awareness into life experiences, past and present. I am dedicated to creating sacred environments where true transformations can occur. My therapeutic approach allows for gentle healing in a safe and supportive environment that focuses on healing the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
I have a B.A. in Psychology from LaGrange College and a M.S. School Counseling from Troy State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and I am a National Certified Counselor. I use a variety of therapeutic treatment approaches, including Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered therapy techniques, to encourage clients to elicit change within themselves. I see children, adolescents and adults who struggle with a variety of issues including, but not limited abuse and trauma, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, grief and loss, separation and divorce and other life transitions.
